BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Working within the highly successful Safety Division of Media & Communications you will be nurturing existing clients with pro-active outbound calls to maintain opportunities / sales and to identify potential new business providing further growth for the department.

A self-starter with exceptional time management & attention to detail. A team player with a methodical and nimble work ethic.

  • The mining and maintenance of a new account client base from legacy customer data.
  • Educating our existing client base to new product launches and our complete Safety portfolio for increased revenue.
  • To surpass KPI’s of outbound client retention and management.
  • To surpass financial sales targets for mutual rewards.
  • To maintain professional representation & relationships as key Distributors for global Safety Manufacturers.
  • Maintaining accurate client data within our CRM.
  • Contributing creatively within the Safety team for marketing and sales promotions.
  • To pro-actively learn about and keep updated on the products and services available within the Safety portfolio.
  • Liaising with all departments / personnel in a professional & courteous manor to ensure good communication is upheld.

  • A very competitive starting salary dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped sales commission (after 3 month probational period).
