The 3M™ PROTECTA® Self-Retracting Lifeline, Web, 6.10 m is designed to keep users safe by extending as the user moves away and retract automatically enabling the user to move within the recommended working area at normal speeds to minimise the chance for any accidents.
Key features include the built-in impact indicator that allows for a visual inspection, the webbing can be connected from shoulder level and has a maximum weight capacity of 140 kg. The tough nylon is lightweight, durable and compact plus it is also UV resistant.
This self-retracting lifeline is a suitable device for users working at heights. For example, if a fall is to occur, a speed-sensing brake system will activate therefore stopping the fall while also reducing the forces imposed on the user.
